How to register

  • Complete the online booking form. You can pay by credit card or debit card.
  • Fax a completed registration form to 0207 554 6997. You can pay by credit card 
 or debit card.
  • Post a completed registration form to BMJ Publishing Group Ltd, BMJ Learning, PO Box 295, London, WC1H 9TE. You can pay by cheque, credit card or debit card. 


Please note, we are unable to issue invoices for individual registrations

A limited number of reduced rate places are available to delegates from low and middle income countries. Please visit the world bank link to see if you are eligible.

If you are successful in your application and are offered a reduced rate registration place, you will still need to cover your travel, accommodation and associated expenses on site.

To apply please email Emma Miles emiles@bmjgroup.com with details of your current role and the organisation that you work for, what you hope to achieve by attending Evidence2011 and how you will apply this to your work going forward. We also require proof of your permanent residence (ideally a copy of your passport).This can be returned by email or faxed to +44 (0)207 554 6997.

If your application is successful we ask that you write a brief report (one page) of your experiences at the event, and how it relates to your work in your home country. We will then publish these reports on the Evidence2011 website.

Student Rates

A limited number of reduced rate places are available to full time students to attend the two main days of the conference (25th and 26th October) for £420.

If you are successful in your application and are offered a reduced rate registration place, you will still need to cover your travel, accommodation and associated expenses onsite.

  • Details of your course content (including number of years of study) and which year you are in currently
  • What you hope to achieve by attending Evidence 2011 and how you will apply this to your course work going forward.

We also require proof of your student status, this can be scanned and emailed to emiles@bmjgroup.com or faxed to 0207 554 6997.
